I got my Xp pro ultimate two weeks ago. Broke in 3 hrs slow and easy. Started doing some hard pulls this weekend and discovered a problem immediately. Under hard acceleration as turbo started spooling up machine lost all power and fell on its face. Let off throttle briefly and reapply same thing. Checked with 2 dealers for help but being Saturday no help from them. Fortunately my mechanic was riding with us and diagnosed the problem. Air intake tube to air box was collapsing under hard acceleration. Took off tube to air box and installed a filter pre screen over opening and fixed problem. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Quite funny telling people all weekend that I had to take parts off Polaris flagship machine to make it run.

Just looked at a video off road fun z about how he laid it on its side and how many part broke or were damaged compared to his older xp sound like polaris hype on how much stronger this new car with very little support same old shit from them . Seem like the would want to step it up on support if they plan on keeping there customer's. I was going to buying a new pro but definitely going to wait on that now to many issues with the new machine

I have 200 miles on my ultimate pro xp, and I couldn’t be more impressed with it. I took it somewhat easy for the first 50 miles, but ran the hell out of it for the last 150. A friend bought one the same day and has been out every time I have been. He has the same hours with the same hard miles and no problems. Hopefully it stays that way.

Yes had the same issue I was also a fair bit out. Never leave with out zip ties. I put a spring in the tube to fix it and plorais would not even cover that. 2020 1100 miles I feel you, and if you take a towel and put a 1" cut it and cover the shiffter it will help you get over the heat. i have not figured out the heat coming around your feet.

Having the same problem. Got 500 miles on never really noticed till this year dealer had my machine for a couple weeks and is trying to get fuel pump under warranty. They couldn't get fuel pump to act up.when testing electrical so they wouldn't cover. They put new plugs in and asked me to test it. Still having same issue. I'll have to give this a try.

Mine's at the dealer right now. I told them about the turbo intake collapsing and they said they'd never heard of it! I know they have sold turbo units, so that is BS. I told them to fix it. I'm betting it comes back without any fix. That's just the way America is getting when it comes to customer service and caring what the customer wants, thinks or needs.

There are several options and this one works great.

EVO took care of those issues for me
