Sway bar bushings squeaking

I have bad squeaking coming from the sway bar bushings in my Turbo S. I have replaced the bushings with new stock ones. I greased them up before installing them. They are quiet for a day or so of riding and then the loud squeaking starts up. Any after market bushings or solutions? Not interested in removing or replacing the sway bar.

Flexrock makes a great replacement bushing and housing:

Get in touch with @Kevin_Flex_Rock to order a set, I'm not sure if his website is fully setup for ordering yet

Are you certain it's coming from the sway bar bushings tho? I don't remember my stock ones ever making any noise....could also grease them more frequently which should help, but every ride does seem a bit excessive

Now why didn't I think of that? Damn that 's a good idea!

I have to grease mine almost every ride. I've found a little shot of penetrating oil actual seems to work better than just grease. I do this the night before the ride and it really took the squeak out. After finding the penetrating oil trick, I grease about every 4 or 5 rides.

The grease zerks being on the back side make it zero fun.

The problem I have is that they get dirt and crud in them and will not take grease. The grease squirts out between the bushing and the frame. It should flow around the bushing in the little channel, but it does not work for me. I hate the setup. I take mine off every 2 rides and wipe green grease on the inside. Such a pain.

I liked the post above about teflon tape, and I was just thinking about putting a new set of bushings on and using teflon liquid spray dry lube to see if it would work better??
