The team tied secondary is a completely different design than the stock 900s secondary so the springs are not interchangeable.

I went with an SLP clutch kit with the team clutch and the difference is night and day over stock. Very good setup. The team clutch is definitely a worthy upgrade.

 

If you want to just replace your secondary clutch with another stock setup I have one for sale for $100 plus shipping.

 

I might hit you up on that... I'm still thinking on what I want to do... it looks like a new upgraded secondary would be $379 from hunterworks with Helix and stock spring.

 

pizzola, is your rzr a 16? I have a 16 model and am looking to get rid of the ebs for a free wheeling system not sure who sells them for a 16

Are the primary weights adjustable on the quadboss clutch kit?

 

No mine is a 2015... I belive the 16 and 15 is different. I'll have to check into it...

 

No they are not Larsonator.. the quadboss and epi kits are specific to your setup order... for instance my clutch kit is designed for 27-28.5" tires.

15 and 16 secondary clutches are different

 

And it's my impression that the 16 is a better secondary, however I have no idea if they are interchangeable.

 

The '16 is better but not much. No comparison to the TAS-03. The '15 and '16 are not interchangeable, which is why you can't put the good TAS-03 secondary on a '16.

 

@ hunterworks mine is a 16 900s, I wanna do away with the ebs, I ride in open pits, no need for it

 

A 16 900s does not have EBS

It has the new secondary clutch with a EBS style helix but no one way bearing in the primary so you don't technically have EBS

Not sure if anyone has a less ebs or non ebs helix for your secondary or not yet
