I really hope this isn't a duplicate post. I have searched the forums and couldn't find it. My apologies if this has been addressed somewhere and I missed it.

I don't have any engine or suspense mods except for a 2" lift kit. I have lost the front stabilizer bar bushing twice now.
Part 5436513 and 5436480.
2008 Polaris RANGER RZR 800 EFI (R08VH76AD/AG) Stabilizer Bar, Front | Babbitts Polaris Parts House

I have stock shocks.
I want to permanently solve this problem and also take steps to prevent the possible breaking of my tie rods and causing more damage.

I have read that I could upgrade the shocks and eliminate the stabilizer bar.
Is that true or even a good idea?

I found one (unavailable) after market stabilizer bar replacement but no others.

What is the best long term solution?

I use my RZR on the trails in deep mud, rocks, stumps and highly technical trails. I don't use the RZR in the sand or do dune riding. I am not looking to race. I do put a LOT of twist and pressure on the parts but not at high speeds.

Any input would be most welcome.

I have some heavy duty springs and removed both sway bars. I can't keep up with my friends on a dirt road on a stock rzr. Because the body roll. But I loose them in the bush! It's a lot of work to remove the front sway bar completely I ended up cutting the bar in half and removing it that way. But that was after tying it up out of the way for a few rides to make sure I liked the ride. When I did this I just used washers to take the gap up on the bottom shock bolts. This way if I did not like it. I could have installed it in the trail.

For some reason I can't see the 10 reasons although i'm easily convinced since I want to be able to go fast down a road as well as up through the woods.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an after market front sway bar that is stronger and less prone to problems?

My focus is current the front suspension and I understand if I upgrade just one or two components that I might put too much stress on other factory components. What combination of parts do I need to upgrade together to get reliable strength under heavy torque conditions?

For example, if I buy a heavy duty after market stabilizer bar and tie rods, what else should I replace so the related parts are equally able to take the stress?

1) swaybar and linkage
2) gear box steering and tie rods?

Any suggestions on where to get the parts?
