Part number, location, and source for this O ring would be SUPER helpful. I had a rough running turbo rzr. Bought an aftermarket pump. Problem persisted. Took it to a dealer. Charged me $275 to tell me the pump was bad but didn't recommend a factory stock pump and didn't have an aftermarket pump. Installed a Walbro pump. Code persists and runs limp.

2014 XP 1000,
< 40 hrs and the 0-520344/17 came up about 20 miles into a ride. There was no power loss, idle issues, or any "rich" smelling exhaust. during the 20 minute ride back, the chk engine light went out, and has been intermittent ever since while riding, but always shows during the pre-start sequence while the fuel pressure is pumping up. I tried to clear the check engine light by disconnecting the battery for several minutes, then re-connecting and turning the ignition on (not starting). The Chk engine light stayed on after fuel was pressurized and all remaining lights had been extinguished. I measured the fuel pressure during the pre-start cycle and it pumped up to 57 or 58 then leaked back to a little over 50 just befor staring. Fuel pressure while running was 62 psi. O2 sensor heater continuity was good and supply harness to it measured 14 volts when running. The O2 sensor wiring measured "out of range low" and open, but it could be that the sensor is a capacitance sensor (unknown to me). Literature indicated that there is no static tests that can be run on the sensor itself so any additional tips or static tests that I can perform with a good quality multimeter is appreciated.

Best Regards,
Steve

2018 RZR 1000 highlifter Replaced my o2 sensor with this code, Light went out for a few weeks then came back on. "Only a few hours ride time" Changed my air filter and it went away. Filter didn't seem all that dirty but caused enough restriction to mess with air fuel ratio.

Thank You,
Decided to replace the filter when I got back but I don't have any time on the new filter yet, so I don't know if it will correct the problem. The filter looked pretty good, but I was able to shake out quite a bit of loose sand. I only had 24.3 hrs and 723 miles on the filter. In retrospect, that is pretty close to the recommended service time for it.

So has anyone fixed this problem with code 520344 with 17 below it. Mine started acting up and then I wrote it the next day and middle of the ride to check engine light came on with this code and it still run fine and the day it started running crappy I brought it home check fuel pressure it was low put a new fuel pump in it it runs great but can't get rid of the code change the throttle positioning sensor code still there and Polaris don't even know what's going on

This code is caused when the ECU has reached a max limit when adjusting the closed loop fuel trims. This code can be set due to an exhaust leak, Intake system leak, or faulty O2 sensor system. Check O2 sensor wiring and this code may accompany other codes.
Im having the same problem. Ordered a pump but if not what do I do.

Hi everyone,

I have a 2015 rzr xp4 1000 and just got an check engine code 0 520344 with a 17 below it? can someone point me in the right direction and let me know what this code is?

Thank you
I had same code, 2015 Rzr Xp4 1000 ,went in Limp mode , code came up, installed new fuel pump, after testing pressure, pressure was low, tested o2 sensor, was good.
Installed new pump, ran for 10, 15 minutes code cleared ...:)
:)

I'll link this thread here....just about any possible cause of this code is covered one way or another in this thread

I'll start from beginning... live in az so never see alot of water or mud. Cruising along when 15 xp4 1000 loss power and died, was able to get it back to trailer. There was another code????? 5 digit saying a lean misfire on cyl 2. Ram in low range above 4000rpm for 30 sec or so, that code went away. But the 520344 would not, rzr would pop and run like crap, after 3 months of tinkering(also working on my quad) not that slow... going though forums, you tube, etc. This was my conclusion, if your fuel pump still works, check out the O ring on top of the pump, 58psi is a lot of pressure. This is why they burn so good, pop a fuel line you got instant flame thrower. Good luck people
Where do you get the replacement o ring?
