i have about 125 miles, just changed the front diff oil just to see if I had metal or other in it, It was very clean and low amount on the magnet.
when I first brought it home it was louder than any rzr I had owned, I asked my salesman about it and he said its under warranty and drive it till it blew up....it has gotten progressively louder and fibrates the entire steering wheel while in 4x4 (at least I think the noise is the differential not an axle)
...so ....its loud, its obnoxious, it fibrates, it sounds like marbles.... metal on metal sounding. even louder when under a load. I aint happy....now what?

I don't like the sound, its embarrassingly loud and obvious....:rm_thumbdown:

Mine grenaded on my first trip out and they replaced it. The mechanic that did the work, Sid the diff was assembled wrong. Not sure if the specifics, but something about a spacer or washer being incorrectly installed. Have your dealer pull it apart and check it.

well it looks like yours was bad luck, mine was stupidity. I finally saw why I was getting so much noise......when I installed my kfi winch bracket, the instructions clearly stated to add washer behind bracket. I had trouble getting the washer on and gave up, bolted it in anyway. it seems the washers stack puts a tilt on the bracket which raises it off the top of the differential. the mere touching of the 2 metals was causing the extra loud metal on metal vibration noise. I decided to glue three washer together to have a slug, much easier to get installed to. now I have clearance, the loud grind sound is gone. (this is still the loudest front differential I ever owned compared to the others I owned).
