I installed my Rigid LED bar today on my XP1k. I had the bar previously on my 2008 800 RZR. I wired it up today and have a strange issue. I hooked my 30 amp fused hot wire to the accessory lug under the hood and the ground on the ground lug under the hood. Turn key on then turn light bar on, comes on but stays on when you switch to the off position. It will stay on until you turn the key off and it stays on as long as the timer lets it...20 to 30 seconds. Is my relay bad or what?

On my 1k, the acc. terminal stays hot for about 15-20 seconds after being keyed off. So it sounds like the same as yours. I think you're ok.
No you are not understanding me. With the key on when I shut the light off it stays on it will not shut off until I shut the key off and then it goes through that 20 second or so delay

I guess what I'm saying is when I shut the switch off for the LED light it should shut off if the key is on

As was just posted, relay wired wrong or maybe the switch is bad. Get a meter and check everything out with it. Is the relay clicking like it should be when energized and deenergized?
It's the harness from Rigid and it's wired like it was for four years on my 800

If there is a relay in the circuit.. It's on continuously.. Replace relay.. retry.
Buy a cheap test light. Will save u the headache.
