1/4" steel plate with a 3/4" thick eyelet that is TIG welded through the 1/4" plate. The shackle is a 3/4" from Smittybilt. Bolts up with Grade 8 bolts with no drilling on your machine.

It mounts at the top just below the opening where the roller fair lead is attached and it picks up the two outboard holes at the bottom of the frame just behind the front plastic. We don't see where it would interfere with a winch. Would you like to try one out on one of your 1Ks?
David,
I believe we met at Glamis last October. I need one those D-ring tie-ups as soon as they are available. Please PM me. I bought a Matte Nuclear Sunset but haven't picked it up yet.
Thanks,
Paul
David, that looks great!! Another question besides the winch, will it work with the stock Polaris front bumper? I am going to mount the winch behind the front and have the Polaris Extreme front bumper I will be using.
Hey David - where did you get those straps your using in the pic? i've looked around and the only i can find are just axles straps with metal D rings. would like to find the ones you did with J hooks. Thanks!
The tow/tie down is $119.00 + $20 shipping within the continental US. We are working on a website but for now we can accept orders via PayPal to: lael.isota@comcast.net
David,
Off subject but would you consider fabricating a shield to protect the XP plastic gas tank? We did a forum ride last Saturday here in Arizona and the exposed tank was a topic of discussion.
Ok- so here are some pics showing the install of the ISOTA off-road front tow plate. By the way- by no means is this a flimsy piece of metal- this is a well made piece!!
I installed a winch on my unit about a month ago so I was aware I might have to remove the front clip to access everything and I did
I can't speak for all winch installs but I'm going to say that if you used the stock location above the front diff then this will be pretty universal.
What about offering a front receiver hitch style plate instead of the shackle? Then we would only be limited to what ever receiver attachments we wanted. Some guys would prefer to mount a winch this way. So they could use on front or back. They could also use a shackle like David intended. Just more options
Ask for a quote, with your ZIP Code, so they know what shipping will be. David will send you a Private Message. If you want it, you can call them with a CC#, or I think they will send a PayPal invoice.
