Well, what could have changed.. Did the whips themselves sustain damage, or ?? I'd look to grounding personally, it's always a good place to start. If the grounds are good, I'd follow the harness and check for rubbing thru the insulation causing a short or open condition..
I had mine do that a while back. Tracked it down to just a little corrosion on my bus bar power. Was dropping the output volts to 11v and not enough power to run the lights. Cleaned connection and over 12v back.
My BIL's 5150 whips do the same crap when they get wet. Too much money for a whip that lasted about a year before flaking out. Warranty is useless because he bought them online and can't find the email to prove it lol.
Anyone who gets 5150 whips through Pro UTV Parts has the lifetime warranty because we keep a record of purchases that goes back 10 years. I have found them to a decent whip. Sometimes the company is slow on warranty, but they always come through eventually.
