Just ordered my first SxS ('24 RZR XP), and want to be prepared for the things that most often need adjustment or replacement on the trail.
I'm planning to make a lockable tonneau cover, so I can set it up however I want.
What's in your toolbox?

This is how I roll, extinguisher RL/ROPS (best mount in my opinion is in cabin on the A pillar cross bar), Hi-Lift, 2 Ridgid tool boxes with recovery equipment and general tools/wire/zip ties/man-fix stuff. The further I go the heavier the toolbox gets.

Disregard the temporary belt placement, she typically resides inside the roof to the rear.

My cooler consumes most of my cargo box. But, I do have small, custom built tool, recovery, and tire repair kits. I'm always updating it but this is what I have so far...

I put most of my tools in Ziplock bags with desiccant packets into a tool bag and stuffed it under the seat. This is in addition to the OEM tool kit that came with mine.
  • Leatherman multi-tool
  • 1/4" ratchet/extension/metric socket kit
  • 3/8" ratchet/extension with a few misc. sockets
  • 3/8" dr spark plug socket
  • Misc. Torx, Allen, and screwdriver bits/sockets
  • 1/4" bit adapter
  • A few misc wrenches
  • Pliers (standard/needle)
  • Diagonal cutters
  • Adjustable wrench
  • CVT/Belt tool
  • Zip ties
  • Misc. fuses
  • HD electrical tape

I have a recovery bag I attach to the ROPS with a Velcro strap.
  • Tow strap
  • Soft shackles
  • Recovery ring
  • Tree saver
  • Ratchet straps

I have a tire repair bag also attached to the ROPS.
  • Tire plug kit
  • 12VDC compressor

I also bring my DeWalt LED flashlight w/5 AH battery and a spare belt (stored between the seats).

I don't have a lot of tools on the RZR. Although, I ride with peeps who carry a lot more tools and some spare parts. I've personally never broke down on the trail. But where I'm short on tools, I always have plenty of food and beverages. So, we take care of each other. LOL
