My 1K does not have any noise and the glove box works fine .But it's a big machine , If you can drive one first and see if you like it . Jmho

Everything reported so far is small potatoes.

It'll turn out to be simple adjustments or simple parts.

Our dealer sells Arctic cats and has been replacing low hours motors in them,,, and worse,, replacing the replacement motors too.

My thoughts exactly. If the biggest problem I can be expecting to see is a glove box door that wont shut I will be ecstatic! If polaris doesnt fix the problem then someone from the after market world will.

 

My brother-in-law bought one of the first Wild-Cats and he has replaced the rearend and now in for the motor.... On top of that we mostly ride in the dunes and he can't keep up even with clutch work and paddles... After my XP 900, I would have a hard time getting anything other than a Polaris. Considered a Jagged-X but I felt it was too big to me.

Glove box is a minor annoyance that will get resolved. Ours doesn't make any odd noises, but it does scream when you get on the throttle :ride: It's a whole nother level from the XP900 which is a damn fine machine in it's own right. I wouldn't hesitate if your only concern is reliability.

 

I drove my xp1000 for the last 3 days in Coos Bay and I absolutely love it!
Zero regrets selling my 900 to buy this machine.
