And is this a 900, what year?

 

That looks like a harness from a power commander or other type of dobeck fuel tuner that's supposed to go to the crank sensor. One of those plugs would go to the crank sensor and the other would take the remaining crank sensor from the factory harness. Does this machine have some kind of aftermarket fuel tuner on it?

 

It's the harness for the optional passenger ejection seat controls.
