Looking for a kit or advice on how to go about doing the swap . I've already have the motor and wiring harness from the bike it's a 06 gsxr 600 . And the rzr is a 09

Most of the off the shelf kits available are for CVT aftermarket motors like the Suzuki built Arctic Cat Z1 and the Yamaha Apex. In fact, I don't know of a kit for a street bike motor swap. There are several street bike powered RZR's but I think they are all one-offs. Working around the chain drive and potentially loosing reverse and 4wd are probably the reasons why. Good luck tho, sounds cool.

Weller Racing has the bearing carrier, etc. you need for chain drive or can go gearbox from RPM if want to keep reverse. I have had both and prefer the bearing carrier as it keeps things simple and don't miss reverse (or 4wd). Its nice to be chain drive, no worries about belts/CVT tuning. Best advice I can give is do not try to stuff in the driveline with close clearance to chain, open it and give proper clearance and a little length ... actually, best to just chop rear off and use real metal rather than a hack job.
