I got my shocks all disassembled to rebuild and looked closer at my rear misalignment spacers and they are mushrooming a little where they hit the spherical bearings so I guess I spoke to soon.

Did you try seeing if Walker Evans would sell them to you?
I never reached out to Walker.

Well I made a little more head way with this misalignment spacer deal. This whole thing has been annoying me searching the internets for them.
Yesterday I finally got around to installing Performacesxsbushings kit for my front shocks and in the process I did confirm there are no misalignment spacers in my shocks when removing the "bearing"
This is what came out of the front walker evans.

This one popped out the bushing when i pressed it out.

So when I was pressing in the new Performacesxsbushings (sweet product btw.. wish they made them for the rear shocks)

It occurred to me the @SNWMBL stated he had misalignment bushings and he has a 2017..hmm
Turns out from 2017 have the spacers and 2018 do not, Polaris and walker made a change.
this is on a XP 1000. The turbos still have that shouldered bushing/bearing in both years, Walker Evans..according to the parts diagrams.
So I've ordered the rear spacers from Polaris from a 2017 RZR 1000 so I can install the bearings for the rear.

I have had all the new bearings on hand for a while now ( ordered from off road warehouse) just couldn't find these spacers anywhere and Shock Therapy is no bueno for this fella.

Here is the rear part # 5336716
BUSHING-REDUCER, 9/16 INX12MM

The fronts I believe are part # 5137876
BUSHING-REDUCER,.500X.398,ZYW

Both are from a 2017 xp 1000

I'll let you guys know how it goes..

You’re right, misalignment spacer was not correct, they use reducing bushings as you posted.

I do question the longevity of the SXS performance bushings as they’re a fixed bushing vs a spherical bearing and do not allow for any misalignment. Maybe this would only be an issue with forward a-arms though. Looking forward to see how they last for you, please keep us updated.

That is upper and lower for the rear spacers?

Well I bought them outta desperation.. now it's a run what ya brung situation.
They do seem to be a good product though
But now I'm relieved to know I can go back to a spherical setup once I blow these up

I have 1000 miles on my PerformanceSXS front shock bushings. So far so good.

The rear spacers 5336716 are now $24.99 each 🤬

Mine had built up some pretty nasty ridges from being tightened against the bearing. Just got done cleaning them up in the lathe to make due for another season. Sure be nice to find a cheaper solution.

Bought the Pivot Works kit. Might be a scam but for $35 with free shipping was worth trying.
