They are awesome and super responsive. I know you're asking for a Pro, but a have a Turbo with some mods and am loving my UMP so far.

What would be the benefit to this over a particle separator? Looks like they are relatively within the same price range.

 

Particle separator couldn't flow enough air for my setup, and was about $200 cheaper. Only other motivation would be no room or not wanting a fan. That being said, if SB made a big enough particle separator I would have purchased one. You can also do a Donaldson for cheaper, which is what this is based off of, just need to size those correct as well.

I installed a UMP air filter kit on my 900xp. That model had a notoriously bad sealing problem in the air filter system. Is pricey, but well engineered and manufactured. The filter is a Donaldson, but like most filters, crosses over to other brands. (I only use Donaldson though).
I have had no problems with it. At the time I installed it there were no better filter systems for the 900xp. As for your model, there may be many choices of filter systems. UMP is a good choice.
