Tusk doors for the razor issues

So I got my doors in today. Went to install just the passenger side and the door doesn't seem to fit properly. I followed the video and no luck. The latch doesn't work properly cause the door doesn't align worth crap. Any ideas or anyone else encounter this. It fits tight up front.

your rzr is bent in the middle.... honestly.... more often than not the machine frame is bent. the doors are made off a jig with very little deviation.

You know what. I think your right but didn't wanna think that it was bent. It's what you get for buying used rzr. Never again buy used!

New ones aren't straight maybe closer but not as good as you think. Rzrs are kinda purpose build to beat on luckily they are easy to straighten

Put a floor Jack under the frame rail under the door get two guys to jump up and down on the front and back of the machine. It works
