2018 Turbo S, 3200 miles. So far throttle position sensor (Polaris warranty), leaking radiator (Ext warranty) and currently in shop with bad turbo boost sensor also covered by Ext warranty.

Bout a year in. 2019 4. 115hrs and 1400 miles. Only issue so far- both rear axles replaced under extended warranty. I’ll never buy one without.

125 hours, 1250 miles. No issues

Update: 850 hours, 11,500 miles. Front differential needed some love at 600 hours, secondary clutch replaced at 500 hours. Rod ends and wheel bearings replaced at 750 hours, some where in sad shape. No engine work, and other than Trans regearing early on there have been no issues with the transmission

 

2018 1900 miles, 95 hrs. Just had Polaris replace my whole clutch system, primary and secondary with a new belt. Just worn out, not broken but time to replace, lots of dune miles.

 

Polaris covered it for free as a good jester, I was shocked but wasn't going to argue. Lol. My extended warranty turned it down, just because it was worn out and not broke.

 

Sooner, care to share what that cost?

 

2019 with 27 hrs. Had to post bc I like reading the “sense” of reliability!! So far so great here.

 

1450 miles and 114 hours with no problems with the machine and still on the original OEM belt. The only thing I have broken was totally my fault and no fault of the machine. I broke my right front shock because I was pushing my machine to the limits. I had my suspension re-sprung and re-valved for rock crawling and rough technical trail riding. I was riding on some trails and dunes and going really fast and kept bottoming when the shock broke. It was totally my fault this happened.

 

2019 3,700 miles and no problems yet !!

The seals went out of the turbo at 8300 miles.

 

Out of curiosity, what type of terrain are you riding to get to that many miles? Sorry to hear about the turbo, how is everything else holding up?

 

I'm at 3700 miles on a 2019 XP4 Turbo S. No problems at all except it occasionally has a gasoline smell and after a number of river crossings last weekend it threw the throttle position sensor code. Was fine after things dried out. 15 months old.

 

2019 XP4 Turbo S bought new Dec 2019... about 750 miles now.... at 500 miles I found all three sliders on the primary clutch busted.

 

750 hours 7400 miles just lost turbo

 

2021 Turbo S Velocity purchased in late October 2020 with 8397.5 miles and 458.9 hours (18.3 MPH average). Numbers are fresh off the dash panel.
Preventative maintenance to date includes regular oil changes at every 50 hrs along with a five tire rotation schedule, R2C air filter cleaning / replacement, clutch cleaning, Garage Products a-arm bushings, Polaris ball joints, Polaris inner tire rod, Polaris brake pads, Polaris radius rod bushings. Replaced OEM right rear axle with RCV Trail Series axle due to some clicking noise; found one of the drive balls in the inner cv with a hair line crack. Parts on hand for Polaris HD wheel bearings, and trailing arm pivot FKS-T series spherical bearing, which are exhibiting some play. Second set of ITP Coyote tires, and second Polaris cvt drive belt.

 

2020 Turbo S4 2925 miles and 258 hours. OCI is 35 hours. Preventative items: S&B particle separator and air filter, catch can, garage products bushings, L&W radius rods and rear plate, Kryptonite: wheel bearings, ball joints and tie rod ends.

 

300 miles on mine. 2021 turbo s 4.Had an exhaust leak that’s it so far. Will be doing a lot of riding this summer and fall so I’ll be putting it to the test.

 

19' S Velocity, don't remember hours but sitting close to 2100 miles. No issues so far, running same original belt. A few performance mods. I just make sure I change fluids regularly, grease bearings, run 91 no E fuel.

 

2019 4 seat 9385 miles 473hrs

 

2021 Turbo S right about 60 hrs and bit over 800 miles. Pic is after 4 days of HMT, buffalo mt, rockhouse and devil anse. Only major issue so far was RC having to be replaced, USB would not see drives and would randomly reboot on trial. Also the rear camera had to be replaced.

 

2021 Turbo S 250 hr 5,000 mi. It had the factory clutch recall. I just did a full inspection. Everything is good. The only problem I have is it doesn't want to go into low range sometimes.

 

3,000 miles zero issues mechanically

 

2019 xp4 turbo s 16,216 miles 830’ish hours. 2 transmissions, front diff pinion bearing, set of clutches, and a front lower a arm.

2021 turbo S4 velocity 6700 miles, 512 hours. No major problems, maintenance on point.

 

12,000 mile with no problems but crank seal just started leaking .

 

We have 5144 miles and 262 hours on a 2019 Turbo s and have had to change injectors and that’s it so far. Love the car
