So looking for some winch bumper options for my turbo r 4. Got my high coverage polaris front bumper today and found out it will only work with a oem polaris winch. I would be fine with a oem winch if it wasn't 1050 dollars! Then come to find out polaris doesn't sell the winch mount separately from the winch. So in essence if u buy a oem polaris high coverage bumper u can only use a polaris winch. 1400 dollars in a oem winch and bumper seem a bit out of hand for my liking. So now I'm here looking for other winch mount and bumper options.

Same problem with the Pro R. I know it is different than the Pro XP. I believe the Turbo R and Pro R are the same. Haven’t seen a Turbo R in person. Hopefully the after market will come to the rescue. Pro Armor makes a nice sport bumper unfortunately it doesn’t accept a winch… yet. Hey Pro Armor are you listening?

Well I checked with ORB and they have a $5K dealer buy in for your first order. That's on the steeper side for buy-ins. Let me do a post and see if maybe I can round up enough orders to get it done.

If anyone else is interested in a winch bumper from ORB or anything else from ORB, let me know.

Definitely 1/4 plate steel on back top and bottom. Probably strong as hell. Wish I could c it actually on a turbo r or pro r. And from what I've heard the turbo r and pro r are identical bumper mounting wise because the oem polaris stiff is turbo r pro r listed together. At 500 with powder coat and 450 raw thats really not bad. The oem polaris high coverage bumper and a polaris 6k winch is right at 1450 dollars. This would be 800 including the 6k winch i was going to run.

Nothing against ORB but you think they would have picked a bumper with cleaner welds to advertise with. Either way the welds look better than what i could do, I will probably buy one anyway. Im stuck between the 2 speed Pro HD 6k with bumper less mounting plate or this bumper with a Black Ops 6k. Both ways are about the same $$. What do you think is more valuable to the rider, front end protection or the 2 speed winch. I wonder how much that bumper weighs.

We've sold some of the DRT bumpers now. FYI, the Warn Axon 5500 doesn't fit the DRT bumper without some trimming of the mount though. I have photos of the trimming required if anyone needs it, I'll dig them up.

I have a customer that will be trying to use a Super ATV mount with the Polaris High Coverage bumper here soon. He's using the RC 4500 winch with that combo. I'll post up here if that combo works.

Let me know if any members here need a quote.

No, but we'll have one ready for the Turbo R soon.

We designed ours on the Pro R and didn't have the OEM bumper to check its fitment. Polaris is only using 2 bolt holes on the OEM bumper, and we wanted to tie it in with at least 4 bolts. Works great on the Pro R, but unfortunately not the Turbo R.

my pro r uses the same bumper as the turbo r. Both have 4 bolts?

These are pictures of SATV winch mount bash plate. Metal plate screwed to plastic valance for my pro r…total useless garbage..why would you mount a bash plate to a piece of plastic? Heck I’m not sure the plastic would even support the plate over a period of time much less impact. Satv quality at its finest.

Lol! Quality looks good to me...and yeah, its looks. That front fascia piece is obviously designed for looks and to hold the fairlead.

Because when you only have plastic to mount to...you mount to the plastic. Not sure what you were really expecting in that location.

The actual winch mount is solid, and what really matters.
