I would like to inform my fellow RZR folks about the issues I have been having with the TSI turbo kit. 1 instructions are staged and have no order of install. 2. The first turbo I installed was leaking oil all over the manifold through a hole in the weld on the oil return. I was sent a new turbo no oil leaks. 3. after 10 min. of test time the fan went out. 4. If you have an S the sway bar will hit the exhaust and restrict it. 5. the RZR still has no run time on the turbo and is now filling the shop with smoke and makes a smoke screen driving. I called TSI for some help and was mocked. I told them I was going to take it up with the credit card company and they told me they would see me in court. I have 20 hours in this kit trying to make it work. Oh one more thing they think we are all a bunch of idiots. I told them that I heard of some problums on here and they suggested to talk to some reall professionals. I was told that I am the only one that is having these issues. If there is anyone with the same issues on here post! Time for the MCX!!!

sorry to hear that you are having all these problems, I also have the TSI which is a T-15 Garrett Turbo" which by the way is a good turbo! I have talked to TSI and needed some flex connectors for my intake, which was custom, but they were very nice, I think if this is your first turbo, you might want to consider getting together with someone that has installed them before and more familiar with them, I have over 30 years building engines and the kit needed some other things added to it.But for a starting install of the turbo most of the necessary components come in the kit. I added longer exhaust bolts on the exhaust manifold the stock ones are too short. Also if you install the turbo with out a clutch kit you will be on the limiter all of the time and not able to hook up. A must is a A/F Gauge to monitor your fuel, these RZR fuel pumps have a hard time keeping up under boost. As far as the turbo goes it should be under warranty from the factory Garrett if you are having problems you might want to try them, but I would think that Doug from TSI would be able to help you? they have been very helpful with things over here. Hope you get it resolved good luck
