LMAO... Its good enough to get you through the warranty period then cause issues that make you spend more with them!

Nothing wrong with the Polaris tranny oil, but motor oil your statement is way out of line! "Polaris" branded motor oil is a low grade group 3, and they charge you $18/qt for the name. Where as one of the best oils, if not THEE BEST, Amsoil is $14/qt and one of the highest group 4 percentage oils on the market, or Mobile1 which is a close 2nd and can be found for $6/qt. This has been tested over and over and over and over and over... at BITOG, Project Farm, you name it. But you know, it says "Polaris" on the bottle so it must be good.

Yeah, T6 is really good for a car or a truck that averages in the 2-3k RPM range with large displacement, but our rzrs are considerably smaller displacement and avg in the 6K RPM range... foam bad!!! From my understanding (I'm probably wrong???) this is the main difference between the Amsoil Signature Series and ATU/UTV oil, the ATV/UTV has an anti-foaming additive.

Who dragged me into this?
T6 is huge amongst the motorcycle crowd. I didn't hear about the foaming but I did hear about the shear rating being low for a motorcycle transmission and with it being only 5w40 instead of the 10w40 recommended viscosity then it should be changed more often,
.
Shell Rotella T6 is enriched with anti-wear, anti-foaming, and anti-corrosion additives

LMAO... I have some SUPER DUPER FANTASTIC Koolaid, its EXTREME and ABSOLUTE HIGHEST BEST GREATEST, ENGINEER APPROVED. Its EXTREME, EXTREME, EXTREME... If I use EXTREME enough in my marketing ad and capitalize it, you going to drink my Koolaid?

To be clear, I'm just making fun of the ad, that read was hilarious!!! There is nothing wrong with Polaris AGL or DDF, both these are decent products, its the Polaris motor oil that is complete garbage and should be avoided.

I have been using Lucas 75w 90 in everything form off road machines ,cars and trucks and it seems to work great.
But the same thought has crossed my mind on the DDF replacement and AGL replacement and think if the Amsoil is better than the Lucas.
Or is the Lucas good enough and at the much cheaper price if you get it in a
5 gallons you can keep it changed regularly.
I'm going think about it some more and run some numbers and I'm in no rush because I still have a pile of Amsoil and Polaris that I need to use up anyway.
I already have been buying the
Lucas 75w 90 in the 5 gallons because I have 8 that use it.
