i think you'll have to define "TRAIL" for this poll to be accurate. pig trail? tire tracks through the middle of the desert? rock wall?

 

Agreed. Sand trails, I go fast. Mountain trails...slow to take in the scenery and smells.

 

With me, it really depends on the trail. If I'm familiar with the trail I usually go fast. On new trails I usually go pretty slow to take in the scenery and views.

 

I agree with this. I love the woods and how pretty it can be especially in the winter and fall. So I slow down to check it out on a new trail. If I know it well though, hehe, I get on it.

 

Same with me start off pretty slow till I'm sure of the trails and also depends on the amount of people riding in an area if its crowded then its all slow.

I drive fast most of the time but depends who i am riding with. Sometimes i drive fast for small sections at a time and then let the others catch up. I do like a little scenery so I slow it down a bit to enjoy the surroundings

I like to keep a steady pace, where you do not beat your sxs up real bad.

We mix it up, but if you ride too fast, you may miss some of these sights!

allways push hard. start slow to get everything warmed up then go as hard as i can. tight wood trails are great. no room or a mistake.

 

15 to 20 MPH most of the time getting old and do not want to miss a good mud hole

 

the snow bumps up the thrill factor...lol

 

Depends on the trail but, most of our riding is 25mph and under. I live in the open desert and most of our rides are in the mountains and rocky trails the tralls that take a little skill to navigate.......................lol

We have a cottage up in Baldwin MI in the Manistee forest area and there's thousands of miles of pretty neat trails up there..many of them I could run blindfolded from the years of being on them, but some I have to think twice on. The ones I know like the back of my hand I drive as fast as I can. It's always fun taking people for a ride who have never been on the trail because they shit themselves.

Love to drive fast most of the time, but fun to chill and check out the views sometimes. Usually not interested in anything but tearing chit apart and covering as much ground as possible. It's a mental condition I struggle with.

 

Skinny pedal to the floor all the time. Same as if there was a $3 tropy at the end . If we every clip a tree , frame will be shot.
