I bought a new 2024 RZR XP1000 ultimate. I noticed the front rim was scratched. The dealer told me that the one front tire had a back rim on it. Meaning it had 4 tires with back rims and 1 front rim. Could this cause an accident? My husband was going around a corner and flipped the machine. Trying to figure out if the dealer is at fault.

Uummm, no you're not. You are trying to find someone else to blame. The fault lies with the person who had hands on the steering wheel and foot on the throttle.
100% your husband's faul for going too fast around the corner. It happens quite often with new UTV drivers.
BTW, rear rims will not fit on the front without binding due to the offset.
