Aggressive treads will throw rocks. Not much you can do. Kind of a darned if you do, darned if you don't type deal. I wouldn't worry about it though if you like the tires.

 

id really like to find a set of nicer rims (i just have the black rims) and different type tread tires. but they do get around good!

 

I've had my tires throw them into the cab, more than once.

 

Silverbacks will throw 3lb chunks of mud into the cab, onto the hood and on you! Hahaha.

 

the rocks hitting the frame are loud and it sounds like its being sandblasted!

 

yea i had that with my kenda executioners aswell, what i did was put a full uhmw skid on there seemed to help

 

I have the ITP 900s down to half tread and they still sling rocks. & mud

i like the look of the big horn's but im not spending the money right now.. i will jut try to wear these out and buy a set of rims & tires!!

 

Ride on cement and get the EDGES & CORNERS of the knobs wore down a bit. I noticed it get better on my 4 wheeler once they got rounded off

 

Noticed that today after I put the bighorns on. Fk it. Worth it.

I threw a piece of 3" limestone with my Bighorns and knocked my buddies grill cover out of his 2012 "S". If you ride 50" trails, watch out for the offset on aftermarket wheels. Most will make you wider than the 50" limit, probably put you closer to 52" or 54".

 

thanks but there is no way im spending that kind of money for a skid! i guess i will live with it unless i can find a deal on a set of wheels... i dont have any trails that are restricted to any width, i dont ride anything other than private ground which are trails i made years ago, but thanks 4 the heads up.
