adjust it so you just get wide open throttle ,so you dont stress throttle shaft when you floor it, but most arnt giving full throttle out of the factory,for this reason

 

So how do i adjust this??? You tight the throttle cable with the air box open and make sure its all the way open?

 

No adjust a little, then start machine and measure how far gas pedal moves before your rpm increases from idle.

 

my XP was Adjusted almost all the way out from the factory. anyone else like this and what can i do besides getting a shorter cable to fix?

 

X2. Ive been wondering if warranty will cover it but havent contacted dealer yet. Its adjusted as far out as im willing to go from the factory.
