Hello RZR fans and fanatics. I'm new to your community and am interested in easing my way in with a used SxS vs buying something new. My thoughts are to just use this for basic trail riding for now, nothing extreme, yet. I've seen a few on here, but not as many as I would have expected, which I think is good as you must all love your RZR's.

As I am easing my way into this new hobby, I didn't want to jump in with buying something too expensive until I see how it works out into my lifestyle. I've seen a few on the classifieds that are reasonable and have found a few on other sites (i.e. ATV trader) that seem like good entry level rides. I'll be perusing the forum and read up on the various models as much as I can, hoping to educate myself on the various models to see which would be a good fit.

Anyway, just want to say hello and look forward to joining your community.

Where would you ride, what trails etc.?

I found a 2018 RS1 for sale that looks nice for the $$. My friends said if I could afford it, to go with a "Pro" model as it usually has upgraded parts, more durable, and in general has all of the items that the lower models usually have to upgrade/repair once you get into serious riding. I am following this thread, but not sure if I want to spend that kind of money yet. Budget is variable, but for entry level, thought I'd try to keep it in the $15k area.

If this is your first SxS, zero experience, I would look for like a Trail S (beginner), or step up to the XP. The Pro models are top of the line and great machines, but I wouldn't recommend this to someone new because it is a lot of power and $$$, baby steps :)
