Hi, I have a 16 RZR XP1000. It has a rocker switch on the passenger side I no longer need. I have seen some very nice switch panel covers with 2 and 3 holes. Does anyone make a solid one that I could use to cover up that hole?

Make a cardboard template of the panel opening, transfer it to a sheet of .125 Aluminum, cut out with a saw, sand edges, drill holes and take to your local powdercoater or get a garbage freight powdercoat kit and cure in your home oven. Likely less than $75 bucks and you have exactly what you want.
Kind of an expensive option but very nice.
