I have a 300 watt powered 12" sub and a 4 channel jbl marine amp 60 rms x 4. Running off the stock OEM battery on my rzr 1000. Runs and plays just fine while idling. But when I start riding it cuts in and out and won't even let me engage 4 wheel drive. But when I turn off the system it goes to running fine again. What could be the problem? Don't think the battery is not enough power since it plays and runs just fine at idle.

If it goes to your relay box your stator might not be keeping up. Go straight to the battery through that switch.
My amp cuts out at higher volume recently. Either the amp is shot or the speakers are. I used cheap marine/boat grade eBay stuff. Pressure washing, mud, submersed etc I'm surprised it's lasted this long. Well worth the $250. It still works but it won't play at max anymore.

All my stuff is brand spanking new! When I rev my machine up with it all on it goes up to like 17.5 volts! Pretty sure it's a VR problem!
I bought all somewhat cheap marine stuff too but sounds pretty good! JBL 4 channel marine amp $100, door speaker mounts $99, marine door speakers $20, two bazooka tube tower speakers $250 and a powered Rockford Fosgate 12" sub $175. Got it hooked up to Bluetooth
Tough call. I don't understand why mine does it as well. I really think it a amp cutting out which resets my Bluetooth controller. So if I had multiple amps it would turn all sound off as well. In my case it's easy to fix. Only one amp and two 6.5" speakers.
So last night I put two new speakers in and the problem is fixed. They were sounding crackly so that where I started.
