Have any of you ran the power and ground wire through the cage? If so how did you run the wires? I don't like the idea of having exposed wires to get ripped off by tree branches etc.

I didn't on the RZR, I used zip ties.

However, I ran lights and speakers through the tower on my boat and there's a trick to it that makes it much easier.

Drill your holes, top and bottom where you want the wire to enter and exit.

Make sure it's big enough to let all the wire you need to, pass through. I recommend buying grommets to seal the holes (a dab of silicone in addition is a good idea)

Tie about 10" of thin, light yarn to the end of a single wire that you will feed down from above. Use a vacuum to suck the yarn through the hole. Gently pull and push the wire until the wire appears at the bottom hole.

Use that wire as your pull line.

I ran my stereo and dome light wires through my cage and did like the poster above said, but I used about 6 or 7 feet of fishing line with a weight on one end, drop it down the hole, feed the line in until you can see it trough the bottom hole, tie your wire to the fishing line at the top hole and pull it through to the bottom hole, very easy to do. Good luck!

Guys I am running speaker wire up behind my seats and need the wire to come out right by the factory seat belt mount up high on cage on both sides. I drilled a hole in both spots then also at bottom of cage right behind drivers seat. Anyone know how to get that wire all the way from behind passenger seat to that lower hole behind drivers seat? Really don't wanna keep drilling holes. I already got the one right behind drivers seat upper hole by using the shop vac and string.
