I have never looked to see if they are there. Assuming they are I would assume if you have a 10 or 7.5 amp fuse that blows you can pull one of these out and replace the bad one. Pretty simple concept.....
Thanks but what I"m looking for is how can I attach an accessory to take advantage of these fuses. There appears to be wire connected to both sides of the fuse. Where does that wire go so I can use it.
The wires attached to both fuses are just a loop. Cut the wire and connect 1 side to power and the other side to your accessory. This is not a switched power connection. Just add a relay to the circuit to make it a switched.
