I'm interested in this answer as well. Hoping to install a 2" lift and 1.5" wheel spacers to increase clearance and balance out the extra height with additional stability.

 

I put RZR 1000 wheels and tires on mine and used 1.5” spacers. I just ordered the set off eBay and they work great so far. This widened my ride by an inch. Feels stable and I love the 29” tires in the snow.

I still am running it but will disconnect it eventually. Loved how my 800 trail rode without it. For reference we mainly trail ride and slow to moderate speeds.

I've been running SuperATV 2'' spacers on my 900 for over two years now. No complaints or issues so far.

 

I am running Venum 1 1/2 inch spacers on my 2017 900. I have only had them out once for about 50 miles with no issues. I checked the torque after the ride and they stayed tight. I am also running 27-9x12 Evo's all the way around. If you go with spaces, make sure that you get at least 1 1/4 inch because you studs are that long. If you get sorter, you will have to file or gride down your studs.

I run 2" spacers at all 4 corners. They definitely added some stability. I use them in the dunes as well with no issues

 

I just put the 2" lift with 2" spacers all the way around. She sits stout and runs solid in the wooded trails. Lots more stability in the hills and corners can be taken much faster. I have only had them on for one ride. But the difference was noticed immediately!

Thank ya! I got the Super ATV lift and spacers. Great price and fast ship! Both super easy installs. Just get a spring compression tool if ya go with their lift.

 

I know it is off topic, but who makes the nerf bars/rock sliders? Would love to protect the sides some but read those were incompatible with the full skid plate?

That's a sick looking ride!!!! Any suspension issues with the bigger tires and the 4+3 offset? Some folks said to stick to 5+2, but I really want to be a bit wider with the 2" highlifter lift I plan to install rather than trying to stick with 50" width. Thanks.

 

I run 2" spacers with 2" lift. Very stable. No issues at all. Really enjoy the setup.

 

I run 2" spacers as well when not on 50" trails. It is surprising how much more stable it is being 4 inches wider. I have never had any negative issues running them.

 

2" spacers on all 4 corners here, a decent amount of hours/miles on the machine without any issues. I tend to ride fairly aggressively and I'm happy with the added stability. I also removed the front sway-bar links.

 

How long can I expect the bearings to last with spacers? No mud, very little water, and no lift. Right now I get 3000 miles on a set of bearings.

 

Rzr 4real, That would be 6.75 lbs a wheel. The tires are a lot more than that and I didn' notice any difference in power.
