Any ideas on how to get this to line up? I adjusted the ride height so the spring isn't compressed at all. Now I just need to compress the shaft to move it an inch to line it up with theswing arm hole. My shock is longer than the travel of my swing arm. There is nothing holding my swingarm from falling except for everything else that is bolted to it.

Just push the trailing arm down a bit, it will go. Rotate the tires to make sure your CVs are not binding at full droop.
small steel screw driver from the back side to line the eyelet up, then start driving the bolt in. Worst case pop, the radius rods loose, and move the arm to match the eyelet.
