Ran my 2016 xp4 1000 fir the first time in a few months, when shifting from park to reverse i noticed the shift lever was very stiff in all speeds. Any ideas on the cause and fix

Mine is doing the same ...the idle is normal but it moves slightly when shifted into reverse

Turn the rig off and see how easy it is to move between the gears. Start it up , and pull forward or reverse, then try to shift between gears with the vehicle running . If it shifts easy with the vehicle off but hard with the vehicle running it's clutch related . If it's clutch related I would clean the primary and secondary real good .
Clean clutches well (blow out dust). Collect data (idle speed, etc). Call www.Hunterworks.com

My shifter is hard to move from park to reverse to high or low and back agian, with the engine running or not.
