What’s the best way to set a negative 1 ish camber on rear radius arms? With suspension at full droop.

You should really set the camber at ride height, with the suspension settled, unless you know that the dynamics of the suspension travel will result in a desired -1 degree at full droop.

The BEST way to measure it, is with a camber gauge on the hub:

That's more of an initial setup / opportunity thing, You don't have to take it apart to adjust it, it's just nice to be able to make initial major adjustments without having to jack up and settle the machine numerous times. I can use that gauge by just pulling the center cap off the wheel, with everything assembled.
