I talked to Seizmik yesterday about mirror extensions (nice guys!). They said that mirror extensions are not part of their product lineup. With a quick search I found an old thread from back in 2017 where the guys from Seizmik asked for customer feedback on a need for spacers. In short they chose not to manufacture them.

That said, I wanted to bring this back to life since the ProXP is shaped like the letter V making side mirrors nearly worthless without extensions.

I made these tonight out of some aluminum round stock. My wife came out to the shop to visit while I was fitting them. She said that she really liked the unpainted look, so I will leave them raw for now.

They seem to provide more visibility, but that was just adjusting them in the garage. I will let you know how well they do on the trail, after our Saturday ride.

I first made an extension from wood using a holesaw. I wanted to make sure that it didn't look goofy before spending time to make them in aluminum. I ended up making them just proud of 2-1/8" because the bolt is metric. At 2" the bolt bottoms-out inside the mirror housing before clamping tightly, didn't want to stack washers to make the bolt work.

I posted this link awhile back for body spacers for mine.
