Honestly I wouldn't waste the money trying to get power gains out of a non turbo car. The juice just ain't worth the squeeze

 

Yes but in findland we drive at streets with these because you cant get these at the age of 15 and here are no good turbo rzr and i neeg to get more power if it can handle it

 

I run a Kraftwerks supercharger. 7.5lb of boost. Runs good and they advertise its safe for a stock rig.

 

Are you running the tune from dynojet?

 

Any tips you can share on how tight to get the supercharger belt? I couldn't get the hz app thing to work very well.

 

No sorry. You should reach out to Jason at Kraftwerks. He was very helpful during the installation. I used the app. I know if you don’t get that belt tightened properly it will break.

 

I have the open box kit for the XP 1000 Supercharger. It comes with a warranty because I am Kraftwerks dealer. I bought the kit for my RS1 and ended up getting a Bikeman head and cams. Let me know. I sell Bikeman, AA, and Kraftwerks.

European models have a rear differential and this is definitely their weak point. You should change your rear differential with the “final output gear” #3235335, btw i’m also looking to change camshaft and eventually put on a big bore kit.

you put that gear instead of the rear differential, as far as I know in the USA the RZR XP1000 does not have a rear differential, so try searching on YouTube for "Ranger or General Turf mode delete". In Europe, that gear with both bearings is around €550. How old is your rzr,km?

 

Hi my rzr is driven 40.000km but motor, both clutches, cardan, injector,fuel punp etc has changed to a new recently i was thinking if i add more power and then when i wanna just press the throttle hard i lock the differential before. Would that work?

 

European models have "turf mode", a limited slip (of sorts) differential and they are prone to failure. The turf mode diff can be replaced by a standard gear set.

However, you are pissing in the wind modifying a NA 1000 engine. You will spend thousands of $$ for minimal gains and less reliability.

 

In most European country it is impossible to homologate a turbo utv,
that's the main reason why we are all stuck with 1000 NA engines,
for example in my country (Croatia) mine XP1000 is homologated as a tractor and as such it’s completely street legal.
