RZR Accessory Wiring Schematics (Examples)

I threw some generic wiring schematics together on how I would (or did) wire my RZR based on the most common wiring questions I’ve seen on the forum. I tried to keep everything simple with Bosch style relays, the most typical 5-pin rocker switches I’ve used, and the front accessory bus or PULSE bar that most SxS owners use when installing accessories. I figured the schematics (pictures) would be easier to follow than words. Here's a list of most of the examples...
  • Front Accessory Post (Busbar) direct to battery wiring example
  • Front Accessory Post (Busbar) with keyed relay wiring example
  • Up to 15A/180W accessory wiring example, keyed with 5-pin rocker switch
  • Up to 30A/360W accessory wiring example, non-keyed with 5-pin rocker switch and relay
  • Up to 30A/360W accessory wiring example, keyed with 5-pin rocker switch and relay
  • Fuse block wiring examples
  • Polaris PULSE bar wiring schematic
  • Polaris PULSE bar wiring examples
To caveat, I have a background in electrical but I’m not an expert electrician and I’m not infallible. If anyone sees any errors/issues, please let me know and I’ll edit accordingly. Suffice it to say, it’s not all inclusive, actual wiring requirements will vary and you should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. But, hopefully it helps simplify things.

Well, I've seen your wiring. It's damn nice. You need to post a schematic on that.

Hello Sooner, thank you for the clarity, although I am still uncertain of two things......scenario:

I have purchased this item Purchase Our Products | Concours Specialties in an attempt to wire lights, seat heaters etc......All accessories are installed and awaiting connections.

My question is what would be the best source to feed power TO the switches.......I see in your excellent schematic above the OEM KEYED ACC POST.......Is this sufficient to use in "pigtail" fashion to power all 5 switches?

That block is pre-wired, you'd want the heavy wires to go to batt+ and batt-

the 5 "switches" are relays, you would use OEM KEYED ACC POST to wire any switches that controlled those relays along with the signal wires for the specific relay

Did they not provide a schematic for their power distribution?

you'd basically want either #4 or #5 above, depending on the particular circuit, but you'd need to compare to the schematic of the distribution block to see how the relays and fuses are wired.

I added the Polaris PULSE Bar (2884183) to my original post. From what I could find, the keyed accessory wire is fused at 10A in the fuse box and constant battery power is fused at 40A on the pulse bar. Is this pretty standard for all models? Thoughts?

I modified the PULSE bar. Any idea what size those studs are? I'm guessing 10-32?

I added a diagram to my original post to wire a 7-pin DPDT MICTUNING (LS09901) momentary rocker switch to a winch several different ways. From all the research I could find for SxS winches, for most anyway, the green power wire to the solenoid is winch "in," the black power wire is winch "out," everything else is just input power and LEDs. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Awesome job! I’m preparing to start wiring up my new turbo R and trying to figure out how to set up my wiring without creating a hot mess of wires or worse yet causing an electrical problem. I took screen shots to refer back to when I start.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Can you explain?
