For my field service belt I went with a Gates PL30071. It was around 30 bucks. I don't want to have a 100 dollar belt dry-rotting in my tool kit that I may never use. JMO

Gates belts are junk. And I do agree that having a 100 dollar belt drying out might suck. But imagine replacing belt with belt that has been sitting around and it is junk. You can get stock Polaris belts on ebay for 55 dollars delivered.

Nope......cheapest was $97+shipping on ebay for a 3211133.

 

I am sure gates belt are junk also....I just wanted one to get me back to where I could put a OEM belt on ....in some of the Hills it would be tough to be pulled out...this is just for a no other option belt

Just got two delivered this weekend for $110. They are on e-bay, just double checked, 10 available. They did take two weeks to get here, but they for warn you of this, and they did show up when they said they would! Sellers name is polarishp with 99.6% satisfaction feedback!!

 

Just went to the dealer for my oil change kit and spare 3211113 belt for my std RZR. $100 for both out the door. Normally I would have got it online, but the belt was only $65. Cheap good insurance.

 

I'm sure the Gates belt is junk. I just want it to get me off the trail. That is it's only job. I am rarely more than 20-30 miles from camp so that's all I'm asking the belt to do.

Just ordered a Gates for my spare too. Felt the same way about letting the $100+ belt rot in the mud and water that gets under my hood. Will just use the Gates as a spare only...Get a new polaris belt when I got off the trail.

 

Take your factory belt off and clean it. Put it in a sealed plastic bag and use as your spare. Install a new good quality belt Polaris or EPI and your good to go.

 

I read on here someone else did this as well. It makes perfect sense and that's what I'll be doing after the first oil change on mine.

 

Paid the dealer $66.97 for my new belt, put it on the RZR LE and stuck the old belt in as a spare. Nothing wrong with it, just wanted a spare to carry, in case.

 

So you all think the polaris belt is best? What about dayco,I was told they were good belts? Where are you keeping the spare at?

 

Put mine in a heavy duty plastic bag and stuck it in the box under the driver's seat. Got some tools and stuff in there too. Packed in tight enough where they won't wallow around in there.

The cheapest I found a Factory Polaris 3211133 on ebay was $97+$6 shipping.I received mine in the mail today.This is the part # that is already on my 2011 RZR S LE so I wanted to stick with that.

 

Ditto....My Gates is for getting back....a lot of times where we ride it would be very hard to pull one back to camp...it's just there for that job only...at 24 bucks....that's all I want it to do....I will get a nice OEM one soon also

 

The stock belt part # 3211113/ the #3211133 is the heavy duty belt and I also paid $103 with the shipping.
