Rear end flex popping noise

Ok, so I have searched for sometime now and have not found a solution or cause of my clunk. I have replaced both rear bearings, axels, trailing arm bushings, replaced rear radius rod uni-balls, disconnected rear sway bar, and checked the shock bushings. The clunk happens mostly when backing up and turning or rolling over my curb with one rear wheel. The sound is best described as a flexing creak and does it once or twice when appearing to create flex or binding. It comes from both sides but mainly the passenger side. I did notice while at RWP that when a friend of mine who weighs close to 300lbs got in the pop/clunk/creak was way worse and pretty consistent when backing up and even worse when backing off an embankment. I am running the L&W direct bolt on radius rods.
P.S. Sometimes I can recreate the noise by pulling down and out on the rear of the machine but not always. A couple of times I cold push hard on the top of the left rear tire and get a snap sound. any ideas??????

Yes do a search on installing RZR wheel bearings with sleeve retainer. I had one buddy that had horrible luck replacing bearings all the time. Finally I asked him if he used the sleeve retainer as the manual calls for..... he said what is sleeve retainer?? I pressed his bearings out, cleaned and re-installed. Perfect.

Although..... now that I see the other post about the cage, this sounds more like your problem. Good luck!

It doesn't quite sound like your problem but I will throw this out. I've had two Turbo S's now and both had a clunk from this issue. Where the last pillar of the cage goes into the cast mount in the bed, it's not a very tight fit in that mount. If you tap it with a mallet, you'll hear it clunk in that mount. I drilled and tapped through the mount and put a bolt through both.
