So I noticed after a long ride When i was washing the Rzr with the key on and I kept hearing a clicking noises traced it back to the rear end appears to be the solenoid for the diff lock . I told Polaris about it last time I had it in they couldn't find anything wrong we went out the following weekend and it would not stay locked in. I ended up blowing out a front axle trying to get back out about Valley. So it's back in for service again. Once again they cannot get it to do it has anyone else had this problem? It sounds like a rod knocking when it does it just constant clicking . I am looking at buying a solenoid and changing myself is this a common problem I did a Google search seen it a lot on the Rangers but couldn't find any trails that had this problem.

Hello guys.
Greetz from spain.
I own 6 RZR of which 2 are 900S wits EPS and "turf" mode.
Indeed clicking noise very present on one of the rzr's until last week, so disconnected, wanting to swap over to the other identical one I have, but our surprise when it started doing the same on the 2nd vehicle. They both are 4 months old and have just under 5000Kms (3100 miles) and are used for touristic trips.
I do have a video of the clicking noise is which I can upload should it be of any interest.
Surprised me that none of the polaris dealers in spain seem to have come across this problem....
Must say we do use turf mode a lot when driving on hard surfaces and roads (road legal here). Also a german client and polaris distributer in germany said the diff will "loosen" itself internally if used much, as he says the polaris turf-equipped diffs are not built to be used in turf moe else than driving on grass and surfaces you dont want to damage.
Any remarks regarding this??
Thanks

Ed
