Razor using oil!!!!!!

Just got my razor out of the shop had them check the compression. They said one cylinder had 170 the other had 180.That sounds like pretty good compression. It is using about 1 half a quart of oil every time i fill the gas tank. . It doesn't leak oil, its not going in the breather, and know smoke. Could the oil rings be bad? Not sure what to do. Thanks for any help........

That's with in Polaris Specs...
X2 on the specs........ How many miles do you have on it?

Stitch, while you have the head off turn it upside down (with the valves and springs installed) and fill each combustion chamber with WD-40 or some type of penetrant that won't evaporate quickly. Watch to see if the level of the fluid goes down and if it does, check the intake and exhaust ports to see which valve it is leaking past.
