You should be wearing a helmet anyway.
I like to have a freedom of choice. LOL

You do have a choice. You can drive a car and wear a seatbelt or you can ride a motorcycle and wear a helmet. Lol
I don't wear seat belt in the car ( just in RZR ) and so far I paid fine only once, but I am pretty sure without helmets on motorcycle or in Slingshot I will be pulled over all the time. :)

If you dont want to wear a helmet or seatbelt thats fine but you should have to sign a waiver that you will not get any taxpayer funded medical or other assastance if you turn yourself into a vegetable.
Oh man, that's funny...LOL What about, if we carry our own health insurance ??? LOL

Really .... lol .... Get a grip ... tell those that take all our tax dollars now to stop blowing it all on useless spending ... outta control x1000 ....

Just run down to Mexico, sneak back across and find the nearest border agent- tell him you are a refugee from Salvador and you will get the best quality free care.
Unlike the VA.

Milos- sounds like Az is in your future.
Still the wild wild west in some areas.
That's where I am heading when I get done with Kali.

Trying to plant the seed at home about the Slingshot. Not going well. Gal said if we get a 3 wheeler it has to be an Elio. She wants AC and a roof. So far the Elio is a fantasy, but she is watching and hoping.

Maybe Polaris will make those options available. No hint there at all, lol. :eek:k:

Believe me more and more I think about to move in some state where a freedom still mean something. Specially now when I am retired . :ride:

California law has all 3 wheelers registered as motorcycles but a motorcycle license is not valid to drive it, you must have class C (standard car license). The law also read unless you are a parking enforcement officer you must wear a helmet. So depending on your state laws, these rules will vary.
