Has anyone run any injectors that were not from a dealer? Can find other 1200cc injectors for lots cheaper than AA or Bikeman. Running big turbo with ethanol and tired of buying $350 injectors when they plug every 2-300 miles.

There are many injector cleaning services for about $30 each plus shipping. If you have several you can get them cleaned. If it were me, buy an injector pulse tester and back flush them with carb cleaner. There are videos on YouTube to build this easily. RZR_Joe and I both know you have contamination. A .05mm filter will catch whatever is causing your issue. I have experienced this back when I put a bigger AEM pump in for 1300cc injectors. Flushed tank twice and found that the 3" long fuel hose that came with the new pump could not resist E85 even though AEM said the pump was compatible. My hose softened and eventually ruptured in the tank and that was how I found the breakdown of the hose which was passed to the injector. Replaced with correct hose and cleaned my own injectors. No more issue.

At first the guy before me was adding torqueo and that was causing problems on the tank cleaned that up and now they run for about a year before plugging up. Missed out on a glamis trip because of it. Tried having some boat performance shops clean them but no one could clean them out in Havasu. I’m guessing the E85 is eating up the line. Black gunk in the injectors. Pump is from AA to run with ethanol. Do you have a recommendation on a filter I could plum in? Or stainless steel line kit?

Your fuel line is PTFE so it's not the line. The only rubber in your fuel delivery system is likely the short hose above the in tank pump. My bet is the "black gunk" is the hose degrading. Mine was supposedly E85 compatible but failed fairly quickly. I ended up with bad atomization (spray paytern) and reduced flow. If you are comfortable cutting into your fuel line, you can buy any 5 micron filter and will ensure your injectors stay clear. I run one from Deatschwerks not because I have an issue now. I just want to feel confident it won't repeat. Any parts store can sell you SAE rated 30R9 fuel hose that won't break down to replace the piece in your tank.
