Organize Ride Command

I have been using ride command quite a bit and am a little frustrated. I have a lot of rides and waypoints in ride command. On the web you can organize these into collections, which is awesome when you are in an area. The problem is that collections is not available on the dash ride command, only on the web. I find it really hard to scroll through all the waypoints and know if it is in the area. Is there a way to organize these into folders or something?

I am going to be trying something new to help with this issue myself. I am going to have two Ride Command accounts, one with all my tracks/routes and another that my machine will be connected with and I will only transfer track/routes (collections) to the "machine account" for the area I will be riding in. For example, If I am riding in Colorado, there is no reason I would need West Virgina track/routes loaded on the RC unit. I am also hoping this may help with the "random" RC unit freeze that occurs as I believe I am getting to the point of putting too much data in its limited storage.

Grappling with the exact issues myself today. I have my RC on my RZR connected via WiFi and so the unit auto-sync's everything to the web - especially nice out camping to have it auto-sync via Starlink immediately upon returning to camp. Unfortunately, web deletes do not sync back to the RZR, which I learned the hard way after after loading a few hundred waypoints & tracks, and then tried removing them from the web, only to get them sync'd back from the RZR to the web upon the next auto-sync.

Like @RZRKANE , I am thinking about multiple RC Web Accounts, one for mass storage, one for development/testing and one for "production" that is sync'd with my RZR.

Question for all: what GPX editing, managing software (Windows or Web) do people use to merge/edit Tracks of smaller rides into a more comprehensive one, instead of just the "pieces"? I found a mapped track of the entire Arizona Peace Trail, but it came in about 120 individual track segments and over 800 waypoints. I'd like to mere the segments into larger whole rides.

I have struggled with this as well. My solution was to download rides and routes from both RC and online account to organized folders on my laptop categorized by riding area. I then delete everything from the RC. I then upload everything in the riding area folder (ex Sand Hollow) from the laptop to a memory stick then memory stick to RC. A key is to remember to download any new rides, you want to save, from the RC back to the lap top.
