Posted on another thread but the pics got deleted so here it is again. I tried to remove most suspension parts, drive belt, spark plugs and body parts. This is the kit I came up with to do most every repair you may need to do in the field. I am sure there is more but space and weight were a determining factor.

Well for those of us that don't have access to a heavy duty sewing machine, I got this roll up from trail armor just add tools of your choice. I also found a handy tool kit from blue ridge racing that has some tools and tire repair stuff along with wind proof lighter and flat rolled duct tape and places to add some tools of your choice. It fits under the hood of my 800 S. Also found this extending driver with 6 lengths, works great for those bottom belt cover screws.

I did not see it listed, but we use Tie Wire or Bailing Wire. Have tied up broken ball joints, tie rods, etc. Home Depot sells the good stuff next to the rebar.
To go along with the wire I also keep this tool in my kit

It can be used to make a hose clamp or a million other uses

Thanks for the positive responses, it has been fun doing this. I am glad Some have decided to make their own kit as it can make yours or somebody in your party have a better day when something bad happens. This by no means is the final ultimate kit but it works for me. Build your own, figure out what you may need, sit down after you come up with what you think you may need and see if you can take apart and reassemble something that may need attention then adjust your kit. It is a learning curve but fun to do especially when the weather is not the best for riding.

Awesome Tool kit ideas.....under assorted fuses I would add the Damn Fan Fuse/20A circuit breaker on 2011 RZR 800's being under the battery in the harness and failing due to moisture and mud.! I've had to replace mine three times, so we always keep that one handy!:rollfinger:

I have my tools in a plastic marine "ammo can" that is waterproof. I can carry pretty much all shown in the tool wrap but also fit a medium size towel in there to keep the stuff from rattling around while riding. The towel comes in handy especially in the sand to put under where you are working so you don't lose any parts/tools when you are working on your machine. If you don't have a box like that, I'd suggest stuffing a towel under the seat (in a bag if you get wet) since it really is handy to have.
