It will fit a Polaris 800 rear differential (it's what I used).
"They" only know how to read a parts fitch.
If it ain't listed, it don't fit.

Its on order. thank you thank you .
Update .nut on order. So I thought id disassemble .nut plenty tight staked good to good can't get it off whats the trick .
To not hurt the first few threads from the massive stake
Inside bearing has to be changed bearing flats I guess .it not smooth .got a click you can feel not hear ...any way I tryna post some pics
1700 miles 243.hrs 08 rzr 800 tight nut but bad bearing .i did find a race spinning in housing .a little sleeve retainer hopefully wont hurt it.

The staked nut is into the keyway cut in pinion shaft. I would find (or grind) a narrow cold chisel that fits in keyway and drive it between the shaft and nut to push the stake out. May need to try a die grinder (or dremel) to remove stake.

The below note may help if you decide to adjust shims during reassembly.
Have never done this, but have had note for years.
HPD made a machined rear diff housing that you installed your existing parts into.

Per HPD instruction sheet:
"Preheat the case and tap the bearing races into the case. Allow case to cool. Shim pinion bearings for a bearing preload, measured by torque, to rotate with 7 to 12 in-lbs, when lightly oiled, without seal installed. Torque pinion nut to 275 to 300 ft-lb. with Red Loctite.
Shim the right hand spool bearing for contact patch and .0035" to .007" backlash.
Shim the right hand cover bearing for a bearing preload of .0035" to .007"

Thank u . I have the same data. And I maybe just wasting moneys .hope and prayer it last .
I purchased the quad logic rear diff kit. For the project .when opened case .parts looked good . it did have slack at cv's pinion nut solid .when turned. it had a bind spot but stiffed its way thru it .but nothing seemed wack with ring setup .upon further inspection noticed the metal sleeve that retains the bearing race was loose . not wobble but spin. Pulled it out seen turning wear marks on housing not bad just real light . checked new race .much larger no sleeve all one piece .(at that point I should have researched the heat press install ). Anyway what I did .dabbed the aluminum every 1" with punch lightly added 660 locktite sleeve retainer and reset.shimmed for hrs to get just right .cover on .cover off. tight not to tight to loose to find the same little bind in the turn so started pinion. Inspection it had a slight I mean slight little wobble . so I turned slowly back and forth had a needle pick I was lightly poking bearing rollers and noticed some are loose in spots .humm must get in there . and stuck ..
Pinion nut on order
And slowly attempting to dremel this stake out to hopefully save the pinion
I'm worried its gonna last a little while and blow .hope and prayer.
Sorry such long post . you peeps are awesome help
Hey what are people replacing these diffs with when they blow .surly there's a better option than this .1700. Maybe it will maybe it wont
I am gonna double check the clearances .i just hate the slop. So i figured a little wear need a little shim. Hrs later pinion issue
Man yall sorry for the book lol

Punch definitely. Dremel .idk what bit .
And if im logicaling this correct .imma need this stake up to not damage these fist few threads right. This key way should be deep I don't have to worry threads behind it. Worried punch is gonna mess it up.. Wait I'm gonna mess it up .maybe light dremel first to thin .hard to get to in there .buddys say just turn it off there . not there's .nor they moneys . anyone got parts on stand by. Arkansas.

Oh.on the bearings I only sleeve retained the metal sleeve insert I think the race can still be removed if need ..but. If yall can true this one .
Does this diff have whats called .idk How but a floating bearing? thus point in this sleeve ..machinic lol buddy told me this sleeve I retained is supposed to kinda float .said this is reason for my turn bind in one little spot.the sleeve aint floating no more ....but .would that not wear out my alum house way quicker. I mean the race and sleeve was turning instead of the bearing.

Is part # 9 the sleeve you are talking about?
I have notice the 800s with a turf mode differential have two DIFFERENT size bearings for part # 10 and no sleeve.
I suspect that the turf mode bearing is larger for spider gear case, and the spacer is to fill bore in case when no spiders?
I would not expect Spicer to plan on the spacer "floating" when they designed the diff.

I think I read somewhere that the ring gear is cast and not machined, so the gears do not mesh smoothly through full rotation, which may be the bind you feel.
