Don't use water if its air release vinyl. Just peel and stick

You better make sure they don't have channels on the back of the wrap. If they do then do not put water. It will trap it and u will have bubbles that have water trapped in them.

 

better crank up some Seether and get out the squeegee.

I watched that and not sure what that material is.
The MEK is referred to out of text.
Notice they use a soiled rag to wipe and he wipes in circles....and circles...and circles...not turning the rag.
He called it sterilizing?
"Sir, can you stand back, I'm about to sterilize your Lambo."
Maybe his sister does tatoos next door and picked up words.

Two other thinga were hack including the 48 hour cure. B.S. Maybe for water transfer decals. Ida know.
I sure havent seen brown backer paper from my suppliers. nor a narrow printer.
There can't be laminate the way he pushed it in.

What did they tell you that material was?

The artwork is killer. I think that guy is from Europe.
He is in the digital magazines. Great graphics for sure.

 

The mek seems harsh..I worked in auto body trade for20years, mostly as a painter, installed and removed many decals...I will use mild cleaner and sikkens plastic prep..print paper is tri layer 3m 300lse 22-25 mil..with uv protector..appears to be high quality..the brown paper it's on is also good quality...only time will tell..the printer is in PA the artwork was commissioned by the guy in Europe, and now owned by the printer, he also changed the font to read hell rzr, originally said sanity..his art work is killer

 

Find a place that does vinyl decal and lettering and they will have spray that you can use to install. not soap and water. I have been installing for years I use it all the time they will also have a prep spray to

 

What is the spray? I have done lots of graphics, but never anything this thick and nice...I done the hood tonight, used soapy water, hope it didn't ruin the adhesion? Lot of bending on hood with light heat it stretched and conformed nicely..no air bubbles yet will see tomorrow

 

I can not wait to see it installed is look cool, me I have hesitate between darksidestudio and AMR Racing and I ordered at AMR, I ordered the Mad Hater for my 900, I will receive it by the end of the week

I also looked at amr, like the bone collector...I'm sure they are also high quality..just preference of imagery

 

About done, just lack rt rear quarter, hope the sun will be out tomorrow so I can get some better pics ...will have to clean the dirty thing first:rofl3::rofl3: it's pretty wild!
