Not sure on the 3rd injector "i dont have it, does additude not have directions on their site I think they do.

The relay black goes to ground red to postitive on the battery and blue is the trigger goes to any 12v source with key on orna switch to turn on off.

The 3rd injector should have come with the means to remove the cap from the end of the rail. My guess is the hose likely goes over the end of the rail and is double clamped.

 

Also im not seeing a wideband? Dont even think of riding without one.

Ok the 3rd injector needs to be fitted with a t fitting which was done by splicing into the main fuel line with race style fuel clamps. The attitude controller is bothering me. anyone know where this wire is suppose to go.....

 

Black is the Ground, red is ignition +12v power. The instructions are on Attitudes website.

 

that red wire needs to go to switched 12 volts. The easiest wire is the orange wire that feeds your tail lights.

 

Thanks! I figured it was but I wasnt sure if I needed to tie it into the ecu or the brake line like I did for my fan on the intercooler. I thinking I may wrap this up tonight and crank this biatch over. hopefully it will start cuz my baby bully is waiting!

 

So I got all the vacuum and controller issue settled, I still have to install the afr meter, but I primed the motor and started it and it wouldn't idle? Kinda bummed........ I tried a couple times more and just died. I will check fuel and compression when I get back Monday but any ideas? Also anyone know a tuner in the bay area that dyno tunes rzr's

 

T there is a guy Stockton that is good, send me a tex if you want his info or you can take it up to Oregon and have it tuned at Redline Racing and then head out to the dunes :ride:

 

You may have knocked the TPS out of adjustment the moved real easy even when the adjuster screw is tight.

You will definitely need to do some tuning, These are not plug and play. I dont understand why you tied the Intercooler fan to the brake line. I would think you would want that on the ignition too so it comes on when the motor is running, not when you hit the brakes. You are gonna have to play with the fuel controller to get the idle right then adjust the butterfly on the TB then reset the TPS, They make a tool to get the right voltage. These need to be set-up correctly or you will kill your motor. They are not plug and play.

 

The tail lights (running lights) come on as soon as the key is switched on and the wiring is right there next to the fan.

 

The power i tied into is a keyed wire. Thanks pat I will be calling you for that info. I will look into the tps.

 

Most likely the butterfly does not need to be adjusted just the sensor. They fill the adjust screw hole with wax becuase it rarely needs to be adjusted.

Now after thinking I had to swap out throttle body housing and I probably need to adjust the throttle. This thing is so damn finicky.

 

Did you remove the tps and change it to the new throttle body?

I put it back in as best as possible, I will test it tomorrow with a meter. This project is becoming a paint my a$$!!!!! Any one wanna come help finish this pos off with me. Dinner and beer is on me!

Anyone using a PC5 for these turbo kits? Does it work with the attitude controller? I guess i should do my research better.

 

PC5 wont work with the attitude controller. And if you think the attidtude controller is hard to use, you'll be an a world of hurt with a pc5.

 

LOl - i thik you may be right, i was just thinking it would be better to use for dyno tuning.
