So I have finally got all of the plumbing connected but I have to run the fuel line and electrical for the 3 rd injector. Anybody have instructions?



How do I run the fuel line and what does it connect to.



I know I have an attitude 3.0 box, what wires go where? Once again instructions would help. Thx

And lastly the intercooler has this relay which I can guess red goes to battery, black to ground, and blue ties into tail light assy (brown) light my tribal whips???



I do appreciate all of your help. I need to wrap this up because my wife and daughter are whining cause I am in the garage instead of spending time with them. LOL :rofl3:

Not sure on the 3rd injector "i dont have it, does additude not have directions on their site I think they do.

The relay black goes to ground red to postitive on the battery and blue is the trigger goes to any 12v source with key on orna switch to turn on off.

The 3rd injector should have come with the means to remove the cap from the end of the rail. My guess is the hose likely goes over the end of the rail and is double clamped.

Wish i could help with this one but Tony's ahead of me on this curve. I ordered my fuel pump this morning from Alba and very soon, the third injector will be coming. I'm anxious to see how you hook everything up myself. :popcorn::popcorn:

Ok the 3rd injector needs to be fitted with a t fitting which was done by splicing into the main fuel line with race style fuel clamps. The attitude controller is bothering me. anyone know where this wire is suppose to go.....

Thanks! I figured it was but I wasnt sure if I needed to tie it into the ecu or the brake line like I did for my fan on the intercooler. I thinking I may wrap this up tonight and crank this biatch over. hopefully it will start cuz my baby bully is waiting!

So I got all the vacuum and controller issue settled, I still have to install the afr meter, but I primed the motor and started it and it wouldn't idle? Kinda bummed........ I tried a couple times more and just died. I will check fuel and compression when I get back Monday but any ideas? Also anyone know a tuner in the bay area that dyno tunes rzr's

You will definitely need to do some tuning, These are not plug and play. I dont understand why you tied the Intercooler fan to the brake line. I would think you would want that on the ignition too so it comes on when the motor is running, not when you hit the brakes. You are gonna have to play with the fuel controller to get the idle right then adjust the butterfly on the TB then reset the TPS, They make a tool to get the right voltage. These need to be set-up correctly or you will kill your motor. They are not plug and play.

The tail lights (running lights) come on as soon as the key is switched on and the wiring is right there next to the fan.

I put it back in as best as possible, I will test it tomorrow with a meter. This project is becoming a paint my a$$!!!!! Any one wanna come help finish this pos off with me. Dinner and beer is on me!
