MAJOR stator wine after installing a amp!!

Juts put a amp and some 8" speakers in my 2019 XP 4 Turbo S, I could hear some computer noise with the key on ACC, but as soon as I start the rig the stator wine is JUST UNBEARABLE!!!
Will a in_line noise suppressor on the RCA jacks and on the positive wire from the battery to the amp cure this issue ?? Never dealt with stators before, this is my first RZR!!!

Thanks!!!

Maybe a stupid question, but since I need to spend more money, and everything I have read said the charging system is minimal at best in stock for on the RZR's, is there a way to upgrade the charging system??
I would rather spend more money on making it better (25 plus year of rock crawling exsperince) than just buy another small amp and put a band aid on it!!

Change the battery so it doesn’t work as hard. I turned up my stereo with my stock battery and check engine light came on because voltage dropped below 11.7 while running, yeah little to much draw so I adjusted everything down a little, Put in a Full Throttle FT560 battery and the impulse amps helps as well as overall load with added accessories, and it made a huge difference. I also have the AIM belt temp guage that shows voltage as well so I can keep an eye on things better.

I highly doubt that will solve your problem unfortunately. It is well known that you can not install just any ol amplifier with the dynamix system. Everyone has the same prob. I’m actually really surprised you haven’t heard about that yet.
There are a handful of companies that have figured out a system to work with dynamix but they will not release their secrets! I called SSV and talked with them for awhile and they were really helpful, but i couldn’t get them to tell me what to do to mitigate The noise short of ordering their head unit and amp.

BTW - what you’re hearing is the dynamix “brain” causing feedback in the charging system, not the stator.

Yes, Running Ride Command as head unit and PSM Arc Audio unit. It’s a digital Sound Processor that you can pre program via computer or there are some pre Programmed parametrics and crossovers that are built in that you can use. Without question a fantastic unit! The built in crossover in the Ride Command unit is terrible, if you want any bass at all you have to have a signal processor of some kind and the Arc Audio covers both high end and low end crossovers because volume is what you need when your riding so it’s important to find something that will do that!

Do u still recomend the Audio Prossecor with just 2 speaker in the rear? Not trying to get too carried away with the stereo system in the RZR, just some music for the rides. I actually feel I should have just purchased some 6" speakers instead of the 8" ones, I did not relize how big they were [emoji1787]

Correct if you stay away from the ride command unit it’s a non issue! I’m kind of Car Audio Holic so for me it was about making it work. Correct the PSM is what killed the noise for me! You can try the MB Quartz set up With the Bluetooth module and just completely bypass the ride command If you want to save a few dollars And just stream your phone to the Bluetooth module that plugs into the amp and not have to add a whole other head unit!

That is the plan for now. I might add 2 more up front at a later date. Will the 350 watt amp be enough, or do u think I need to go bigger? Still trying to figure out if I want to purchase the PCM unit and a amp, or just purchase a separate head unit and get away from the Ride Command 100% [emoji848]

If so, you want to run your Ride Command adapter off the Amp 2 connection. This will allow you more full range and bass and then fading capabilities which you have control over the Bass, Mid and Highs where Amp 3 has no control and is just full range which is why it sucks for a sub without a processor.

Also, there’s a regulated adapter you should use that will prevent the really bad popping noise when the car turns off. The fang lights stay on and so does the electrical feed to the ride command and when it turns off there is a loud pop every time unless you use the adapter!

I will look into the PSM and see if I can get ya a deal, I can look at the Amp, the XL355-DM for you too if you’d like!

That is good info on the Amp 2 plug, I believe have it plugged into Amp #1 right now.
AND YES PLEASE!! look into what size amp u think I should run, and the ARC unit. Are u a dealer, or just have connections?[emoji1787]

Connections! Lol. Go with the XL-5675M. It’s a 5 channel, 990 watts but you can run just 2 channels and add later! Keeps it clean and It’s a great amp, comes with a separate bass control knob, built in crossovers. The 2 channel XL-355 is $200 and the XL-5675 5 channel is $360. I can get the arc audio unit for $300. The regulated adapter is $100, you can not run it, it will just pop when the power turns off

I might be slightly crazy! Lol!! I’m an Audio weirdo, I love music, I love it loud and I like it clean. My house, cars, Truck, Trailer... all are like this! God bless my wife for putting up with me! [emoji23]
Not crazzzy to me brother!!! I am a very avid music lover myself, just trying to keep up with all the new stuff on the market.[emoji1787]
So let me know were and who I need to pay, and I will purchase all the products u recomend. This will the be the third time I have dealt with installing amps and re wiring the entire system on the RZR. Atleast since I have met u I KNOW THE THIRD TIME will be the charm [emoji6]
And thanks for all your help and info, it is much appreciated...[emoji106]
