Just bought last week new to me 2014 570 . Been in the shop on the lift the day after I bought it , installed 2nd battery and isolator, winch, replaced front u-joints, changed all the fluids, installed 4 point harnesses . New Wheel bearings , Bearing greasers and brakes came in today hopefully have it put back together tonight or tomorrow.

S kit? OutKast 5" S conversion - no other lift, stock Sachs shocks & springs.

What size tire? 28x10-12 ITP Blackwater EVO 8 ply radial on 12x7 4/3 offsets, best all around tires you can buy (just won King of the Hammers 2018), maybe the Rocktanes are as good. Going with 30x10-14 fall 2018.

Were the seat direct fit or did you change stuff? Used 570 plastic base, trimmed off the upright ribs, attached an extra piece of 1" Square steel tubing along each rail. Originally through bolted 1/4-20 grade 5 hardware, have since bought a mig welder, ran a bead down each rail. So much nicer seats that the originals, mine were free, even if I had paid ~ $100 to 150 each they are well worth it.

New to me this summer. a 2012 570 rzr with 26x9-11-14 Bighorn tires ~1000 miles.

Added since purchase: roof, light bar, winch to existing EMP bumper, another battery, battery brackets and True battery isolator, ran 6g wire to new bus bar under dash along with attaching Marine grade auxiliary fuse panel 40 amp relay for key on for accessories. Performed routine maintenance, oil and filter change, spark plug, etc. Lubed grease fittings. While had floor pan out to run power supply to bus bar, greased all main trans shaft grease fittings. inspected belt and cleaned housing.

Repairs: performed shift cable adjustment, replaced missing spring clip to the gear indicator position sensor, replaced missing cotter pin to rear axle nut creating wheel wobble and damage to brake pads, replaced incorrect sized knuckle bolt on left front wheel bearing carrier to snug up the slop, replaced malfunctioning fan bus fuse causing overheating and added wire to place fuse out of the pit away from water and debris, replaced missing air intake filter, tightened front loose upper AR arm nuts to torq settings, tightened clamp on radiator hose for leaking coolant, replaced missing tree kicker bolts and various missing nylon fasteners. Lastly, disconnected front sway bar. for a better ride.

Still looking for loose of missing parts but love how the rzr ride and the dogs like it too! Considering new tires and new shocks down the road.
