I installed a 30" LED light bar on the main front of my roof but it keeps vibrating loose. Does anyone have any mounting solutions on where to mount one of these bars or a solution to make a bracket that won't vibrate? It is a polaris roof on a 4 seat RZR 12 model. Thinking about just trying to find a front bumper that can fit a 30" bar on it too.

I used Nylocks with a Stainless Cap Nut holding it tight--- also dresses it up nice.... see pic.

Oh, I think I understand now, you are talking about the bracket that attaches to the roll bar, not the light to the bracket. My bracket is part of the roll bar (welded)-- All I can suggest is some really good Locktite..... Or weld her up..... good luck.
